It's working now. I was going through the "Solve 99%" page and had deactivated some plugins w/no luck. I had stopped troubleshooting after discovering S.A.C. was not tested w/3.2.6 according to your site, and I chose to wait for your team to weigh in on the issue. Glad to know it does in fact work w/Woo 3.2.6
FWIW, I have been checking this page expecting to see an Answer (i.e. from you). Since the Answer number was 0, I haven't been aware that you had answered 4 days ago. Also I received no email notification that there had been an answer. I guess I'll know to click on the topic in the future!
Just a moment ago I updated Woo Subscriptions and a few other plugins that have had updates since I'd stopped testing. Perhaps that is what has made S.A.C. work again.

I have had the same problem, both yesterday and today. I'm running WooCommerce version 3.1.0, and WC Subscriptions version 2.2.8 with WordPress version 4.7.5. I have allowed WooCommerce database updates to occur. Both yesterday and today, when I used Shop As Customer to enter an order, it hung after I clicked the "Checkout - Pay Now" button, showing a grayed-out screen.
However, when I checked my payment gateway, I could see that the payment had been captured and was pending settlement. I clicked "Switch Back" and browsed to the WooCommerce Orders, where I found the new order in the list. In the Subscriptions area, the new subscription was in a Pending status. I edited the subscription and changed it to an Active status.
