Carts are Combining

We've used this plugin with great success, but now, possibly after a recent Woo or WP update, carts are actually combining! So User 1 submits a cart, User 2's cart includes everything from User 1, plus their new item. And these are legitimately unique, registered users.

We've renewed our Support on CodeCanyon for this purpose. Let me know what you need from me to proceed.

I have the exact same issue. I don't know exactly when it started because mine is a seasonal business and we started receiving orders in these days. I have seen the issue first time on February 1st.

We use the plugin to create carts for our customers, and the issue seems to hit me (not my customers). In other words, I see items adding up in my backend (and front end).

But if I send the carts via email, and log out, I can retrieve the correct carts.

If this has been solved privately, please let me know the solution. If not, well, we would need a fix.

Hi there Pecas! Looks like the system thinks your response is an answer. If you get the chance, could you upvote my question?  Maybe we'll get some eyes on this!

Thank you 🙂

Hi Guys.

This is bad and am flagging with the developer. Please update when one is available.

I must add the following: when I am logged in as administrator and click to see any saved cart, the items in the cart are added to my cart and I have to remove them, or they might cause unavailability issues.

Thanks. I've passed this on to the dev team.

Thanks Sean. Any idea of an update? Not even an ETA for fix, but to acknowledge this is looked into?

Hey sorry. We have noted it for the dev. He hasn't been able to get to it yet. We do acknowledge it though.
