Customers not getting custom email templates

The site is defaulting to the standard woocommerce templates … no customisation is in effect. when selecting different email themes.

The  test email is working but orders are not.

Hi Scott.

This is weird. So Email Customizer is activated and a email template is selected and the test email works but other emails don't get sent with the templates?

We are still not able to replicate this on our end Scott. Email issues can be so difficult because they rely heavily on the configuration of the server the site is running on. But if you're able to send an email at all then it should all be working.
