disconnect to gateway

hi

i have a wordpress site.

in my website when a customer click on  proceed to perfect money  botton to connect  to perfect money gateway , he connect to weblog page and can not connect to pefect money gateway.

i asked of perfect money and told me the problem is not from us.

i asked of my host , it told me the problem is not of us.

i think the problem is of woocommerce. but i couldnot solve it.

my english is not well, excuse me if  my note is not correct.
