I'm having the same problem with my question:

It's been almost a week, and so far there's been no response even though I paid for the plugin and support was supposed to be included. Since I am currently unable to use the plugin, I may be forced to request a refund if the developer continues to ignore my support request. Very disappointing experience so far.

Yep.... This is pretty standard behavior with CXThemes. They release a fix and it fries another part of the plugin. Then it takes them several weeks to respond, acknowledging the problem. Then about two months later a fix is released to fix the last update that broke everything.

Gotta love quality customer service and product development by CXThemes!

To assist me to attend to your situation quicker. Is it possible for you to send us a screenshot of which links aren't working. And can you elaborate more as to exactly where your main problem areas are.

I don't mean this to seem redundant, but I'd like to attend to your issue personally.

Are you serious? Just go to your released version and attempt to place a link in the template and you'll clearly see that it doesn't work. There are tons of people on your forum who have reported this... I am not the first. Why are you so surprised about this?

There was a miscommunication about what the actual issue was. We assumed that this was an alternate issue that we had already fixed.
Apologies, for the misunderstanding. At least we know exactly what the problem is now, and I will see that we release a fix for this in the next few hours.
