Duplicated charges when paying with card

Hi there! We are having a sensitive issue when using Shop as Customer to place orders and pay using card. We use a payment gateway called Conekta for managing payments with credit/debit cards, this plug in allows to store card information. Every time we place an order and pay with the stored card the charge appears twice.

We have set up a wordpress site for testing purposes. Let me know if you need access to the site in order to make a test.

Can you check that this issue not present itself when Shop as Customer is turned off?

Thank you for your answer. We've made several tests and the issue is only present when we use Shop as Customer. Let me know where can I send you an admin account to our test site if you need it.
