Email Customizer MAJOR PROBLEM

I have purchased the email customizer and have customized emails but they are not showing up to my clients! Help! This is very important that we get this working or I will need a refund!!

My client also said that now when a customer signs up they aren't getting any emails. I think it may be because of the custom email issue because I went in and customized more emails as a way of testing which ones work and which ones don't. Seems they send emails until they are customized then they stop working. Template issue? Either way I would prefer to keep this plugin and get it working rather than a refund so any help is greatly appreciated.

I will just accept the refund, I have been waiting and waiting on support with no help so I have disabled the plugin and will acquire a new plugin. Hopefully by today so I do not lose my client!
