For a week or two I have purchased Email Customizer for WooCommerce from you. Since then i get a lot of erros. Even my customers get to see this wenn they order a product en they get on automatic mail.

I am absolutely not happy and want this to be rectified as quickly as possible. I have also been waiting for your update for days.

@SEAN i have already updated it. Still the same error. Wenn my costumers order then they get automaticly on email. Then you see the error massage i have send you

 

this is urgent please give me the right solution for this and not Update! like i told you i have allready updated it

We haven't been able to work out why this issue is happening on your install.

Apologies for the time it's taken and for the delayed responses, I know it's not professional on our side, and it's difficult keeping up with the requests being such a small team and unfortunately you've had a product that doesn't work because of that.

Can we maybe offer you a refund and you find another Emailer plugin if you'd like?

I offer you this as I'm not sure how soon the dev will get to this šŸ™

Hi Stuart,

Yes is see de error still. I had 20 min ago a new order. And get the error again. Have you an email adres i will share it with you guys.

I spoke to te costumer and she told me she get the automatically mail to with error. Wenn i send her by hand an email with EMIAL CUSTOMIZER then you don't see the error.

Can you please try disabling our plugin and check if you still get the same errors?

Do you have any other email plugins activated on your website that could be causing the error?

I've have already try yo disable the plugin but have still the same error. I have no other email plugin that is activated or on my website.

Wenn a costumer orders a product he will get a order mailing. This is wenn he and me see the error. (see attachment)

Hi apologies for the delay,

There seems to have been some 'crossed lines' in our communication.

What happened was that we did make some updates to the plugin that would have fixed any of these error messageĀ coming from our plugin, so I assumed your error would be fixed.

Then what is further confusing thisĀ is that with the last update of our plugin we have incorrectly left a feature 'on' that displays error notices. This should not be on by default. When the email is sent these Notices are not shown to the customer, so they should just see the normal clean email. When you update next we will add a feature that allows you to switch theseĀ Notices on/off, so you can optionally be aware of the errors, as they can be useful.

After the next update, if you are still seeing Notices or Errors, then it is likely they are coming from one of your other plugins. I saw that you said you switched off any otherĀ email plugins, but it is not just email plugins that will cause these errors. Many other plugins hook into the WooCommerce emails to display custom information, and they too will display an error notice in our emails.

What we should do is: please update to the next version of out plugin - we'll be releasing it shortly. Then please will you check if you are still seeing error notices. If you still see errors, then could you please re-enable our testing user and send us logins to your site again.

Our plugin has been updated to v3.13, you can please update now.

Please also update your plugin "Mollie Payments for WooCommerce" as it seems some of the error notices are coming from this plugin.
