It does not send out the email I set via the email customizer

Hello everybody,

I have adapted the password reset mail and confirmed it with "use".

If I use the function to test the mail it works great. However, in live mode a standard "password reset mail" is sent in English. I can't figure out how to fix this.

Am I using the tool incorrectly?

Hey Andre.

Can you confirm you've set that email to HTML in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails

This is weird. It is supposed to be sent with the Email Customizer theme. Are all other emails working. Do you have another plugin helping with sign-ins which might be controlling the password reset email? Can you try deactivating and reactivating our plugin?
