No Images in Email and Outlook crashes

I am fully up to date with all software.  Outlook 2016 does not show the Product image.
Instead a box comes up searching for the image on the site.  It hangs there and eventually Outlook crashes and has to be restarted.  On restart the image still does not show, but at least the "Go to Collection" button works.

Hi There.
The images are always on-site and not embedded in the actual email. (This is standard email send practice).

It shouldn't be crashing though. Does this happen with other emails?

Thanks for coming back to me.  It does not happen with other images.  Only with the share cart emails.

Ok. I can see an issue there. I think the URL may be malformed in Outlook 2016.

We will look into it.
