Payment Details Completely "Grayed Out"
I logged this issue over a month ago and provided login details to my site, but I have not had any follow-up. So I'll try again on this new site.
I am running Shop As Acustomer on a WC 2.5.x site. Two specific issues:
1. At the top of each "front office" page (after choosing the user to shop as), I see the following notice / error message: "Notice: is_embed was called incorrectly. Conditional query tags do not work before the query is run. Before then, they always return false. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.1.) in /home/dabtestc/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3792"
2. I could live with #1 if everything else was working, but alas, it isn't. Despite the above notice/error, I am able to do everything I need to do...except pay and checkout. Literally, I get to the very last screen and the ENTIRE checkout form is "grayed out". I can see the payment methods saved/available to the user I am shopping as, but I cannot click on any of them to complete the order.
I really need help on this ASAP as I have a client who is going to use this for a lot of phone orders (from people who will save profiles/accounts).
Please contact me if you need the login credentials again, but please SPECIFICALLY tell me how to provide them. Your presence on the Envato site (in terms of finding out how to communicate with you, log issues, and even just email you) has become very confusing in this shift to the new forum, so please do not assume that "email us your credentials" can be easily found. If you want me to email them to you, please respond with the specific email address that I should use.
Sorry about your issues. Let's see what we can do.
First things though we need to know your WordPress, WooCommerce and Shop as Customer versions.
1) This is likely the unhappy interaction of one or more 3rd party plugins and the debug method for that is in a staging version of the site turn off everything except our plugin and the theme and start turning on plugins and trying to see where it fails.
2) This one really sounds like the user you've chosen to shop as has no available shipping / checkout methods available to them possibly because of their location? There's nothing in our plugin which would grey out checkout. Could you check that and let me know.
If you'd like to email us logins after you've sent the responses to these two please let me know and I will email you.
