Supreme template is not working.

Greetings cxThemes support team,
I'm using the latest WC version and the latest version of the Email customizer and I'm using the Supreme template of yours for over a year now. It used to work perfectly and for the past month, it's not working properly.
I've made a 3-minute video to illustrate the bug in detail, please advise:
Many thanks,

Hi Eliran

Apologies for taking so long to reply to you.

Are you still having these issues?

I've asked our dev to look into this and marked it as urgent.

Do you maybe have other emailer plugins installed that could be doing this?

Hi Zack,

Thank you for your response, we still have this issue. I am happy to provide more details in private as well as access to our development system so you can have a look inside if that helps.

We do not have any other emailer plugins installed, as I've shown in the video, the built-in WooCommerce emails (also edited by your plugin are working) while the Supreme and Deluxe ones aren't.

Please let me know how can I help further.

Many thanks!

Greetings Zack,

I was wondering if you have any news to share in this regard?

I'm Stuart and I am looking into your issue :). Thanks for the helpful video that you made for us.

When I try and use the Supreme email template then the email  works as expected. However the way that I tried it was to use the resend Actions in the WooCommerce order admin page.

RE: Supreme template is not working.

This worked, but I do realize that this may be a false-positive, and the real issue is happening  during the actual checkout process.
What I would like to get your permission to do then is to create a HIDDEN free product that I can use to do a test checkout - then I will be able to see what is happening. No person will see this product as I will make it HIDDEN.

If this is OK then I will do that, and will see what else I can figure out.

Hi Stuart, thanks for writing. You have my approval creating a hidden free product! Please let us know how it goes 🙂

Hello again guys,

Any update on that front?

Apologies as it is difficult for us to make progress on this task as it is difficult to test.

We re-created your installation locally and cannot seem to get the un-styled email you sent your reference video.

With your permission I also created the test product on your site and used the method in the screenshot above to send a Customer Invoice, and that also worked fine.

So I'm not sure what else I can do to test this. Is there a specific product that may be breaking the display. Or anything specific you can think of.

Hi Stuart, that's indeed a very weird behavior 🙂

A few related questions:
1) Is there a chance that our Hebrew (RTL) WordPress installation mess up with things?
2) Is it likely that our WordPress theme is making these issues? I can't see how because it's all in the Admin level and not the front-end.
3) How it's possible that the default WooCommerce theme is working while this one isn't, maybe one of our hooks is stripping up all HTML codes from the newsletter?

Best wishes,
