Unable to Switch Subscription

Greetings. After upgrading to current versions of WooCommerce and the official Subscriptions plugin (both 2.0.15 and 2.0.16), we are no longer able to switch a subscription.

The order created upon the switch is set to 'Pending Payment', and the subscription is then not switched. The old subscription remains.

We haven't actually implemented compatibility for our plugin to work with subscriptions, but I've asked our dev to look at this and see if he can sort this out for you and post an update.
