Update not working


I purchased this Plugin and the update is not working with my customer code.

How I can update my plugin, if the update from the website is not working?

Hi Jean-Louis,

Have you entered your purchase code from the link in the plugins list?

Also, can you confirm when you bought the plugin? There were some changes made to the update system relatively recently. If you're still having trouble can you re-download the plugin from CodeCanyon and install again. That should fix most issues.

We're having the same problem. I even just re-downloaded the plugin and I still get the error message that states "Download Forbidden"
